How are calls answered?
Our operators can answer using your first name or business name, it's up to you. e.g. "John's phone, this is Sam speaking" or "XYZ Company, this is Sam speaking"
What hours do you operate?
The platform works 24/7 with operator calls handled between 9AM to 5PM in each timezone. After 5pm calls will be sent to a customisable voicemail.
Do I get my own number?
If you choose to setup Parry for your business, you'll receive a number that you can use to direct calls.
Where is your team based?
Our head office is based in Melbourne, Australia. To manage multiple timezones, we have operators based in the United States, Canada, UK and Australia.
How long does setup take?
Setup is instant. You can be up and running, sending calls to Parry in less than a minute.
Are my calls private?
Absolutely! We take privacy seriously. When we take a call, the only information we have at hand is your name. No calls are recorded.
